The aim of the boot camp is to cultivate writers and performers to participate in an untitled sketch comedy show. Upright Citizens Brigade\u2019s existing bilingual talent will serve as instructors, while Endemol Shine Boomdog will recruit the program\u2019s participants.<\/p>\n<p>Alejandro Rincon, CEO of Endemol Shine Boomdog, said: \u201cThis unique partnership with Upright Citizens Brigade is truly exciting for all of us at Endemol Shine Boomdog. We are looking to identify and help launch the careers of the next wave of Spanish comedy talent in both Mexico and the U.S. and we couldn\u2019t imagine having a better partner to do so.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Matt Besser, one of UCB\u2019s founders, added: \u201cWe are excited to partner with Endemol Shine Boomdog to showcase the incredible talent at UCB and introduce our comedy to the diverse Spanish speaking market.
