He most recently served as a consultant to Hemisphere in its bid to secure the broadcast license to Canal 1. Prior to consulting for Hemisphere, Hidalgo was the executive VP of sports at Telemundo Network and previously served as sports director for Univision Network.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJorge brings decades of experience in Hispanic news, sports and entertainment, and we\u2019re thrilled to welcome him to the Hemisphere team,\u201d said Alan J.
