She is charged with the overall day-to-day management of the business, leading its strategic vision and expanding the company&#8217;s presence in the region by developing and producing content for the Mexican and pan-regional market.<\/p>\n<p>Cagliolo was hired by\u00a0FremantleMedia in 2013 as creative director for FremantleMedia Mexico, and was later appointed VP of development for the Latin American and U.S. Hispanic region. Before that, she served as creative director and director of content at Endemol in Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>Desai commented: \u201cThe Latin American markets continue to be a key focus for FremantleMedia and with Coty\u2019s drive, experience and strong relationships throughout Mexico, we\u2019re in a good position to explore growth opportunities in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cagliolo added: &#8220;I am absolutely thrilled to be taking on this new challenge.
