She will be based in the dedicated regional sales office in New York, which opened earlier this year. Downing will report to Sally Habbershaw, the company\u2019s executive VP of sales and co-productions for North America.<\/p>\n<p>Downing joins all3media International from BBC Worldwide, where she served as director of formats and co-production for Latin America. Before that, Downing was television sales manager for BBC Worldwide, handling finished tape sales into Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>Habbershaw said: \u201cI\u2019m very pleased to welcome Janel as we take the first step in our new approach to growing the breadth and reach of all3media International\u2019s content in Latin America from our New York base. With her wide experience and expertise in the Latin American market, Janel will be instrumental in ensuring that key formats and finished programs appropriate to the region are delivered successfully, building on the great work already in place following the local debut of formats such as <em>Gogglebox<\/em> and <em>Undercover Boss<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Downing commented: \u201cThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, globally renowned company at an important stage in the expansion of its sales operations throughout key regional territories.
