LOS ANGELES: Herb Scannell, former MTV Networks vice chairman and Nickelodeon Networks president, is joining the board of advisors of the Latino digital media company Latin Everywhere.<\/p>\n
Scannell will play an integral role in the expansion of the Latino digital media company\u2019s Pongalo OTT platform, as well as its Pongalo YouTube and social media channels, which recently surpassed two billion video views. Scannell\u2019s advisory role accompanies his concurrent investment in the company.<\/p>\n
Scannell said, \u201cFrom my days of putting Dora the Explorer<\/em> on Nickelodeon to now getting involved with Latin Everywhere, I’ve always thought that Latino audiences deserve more and better choices.
