He will work out of Los Angeles and will collaborate with the Endemol Shine Latino team in Miami. Morales most recently served as the executive VP of BIG VIDA Entertainment. Before that he was a top programming exec at Telemundo&#039;s cable network mun2, which is now NBC Universo. During that time, he contributed to the development of such shows as <em>I Love Jenni<\/em>, <em>Fugitivos de la Ley<\/em> and <em>Larrymania<\/em>. Earlier in his career, Morales was the director of programming and music for LATV, of which he was also a founding member.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIt was recently announced that Laurens Drillich, currently CEO of Endemol Shine Netherlands, will become president of Endemol Shine Latino early next year.
