Harris, the executive VP and general counsel for NBCUniversal. She will oversee all legal resources, including the division&rsquo;s business and legal affairs team. Additionally, the exec will be responsible for&nbsp;managing the day-to-day operations of the legal department, and supervising all legal and business affairs issues impacting the group.
