\n\tColtro will be responsible for overseeing the company's pay-TV and content distribution units. He will report to Jonathan Blum, the president of Cisneros Media, and will be based in Miami. Prior to Cisneros Media, Coltro had spent more than 15 years with MGM Networks Latin America, rising to the post of executive VP and chief marketing officer.<\/p>\n
