He is based in the company&#039;s S&atilde;o Paulo offices, reporting to Martin Kweller, Endemol&rsquo;s creative director and operations director for Latin America. His appointment comes after 19 years in the business, during which time he has held numerous roles in the Brazilian market, including posts at FOX, Hyundai and Mars.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKweller commented: &ldquo;Marcello is a highly skilled leader with extensive and wide ranging experience in the Brazilian market. He&rsquo;s the ideal candidate to spearhead Endemol Brazil&rsquo;s continued growth and I&rsquo;m thrilled to have him on board.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLe&atilde;o Braga added: &ldquo;Endemol Brazil continues to build on its success by tapping into Endemol&rsquo;s creative network and global portfolio of entertainment content.
