The deal, which is effective immediately, was brokered by Matt Vassallo, the senior VP for U.S.A. and Latin America at Shine International, and Angela Recio Sondon, the VP of programming and acquisitions for Discovery Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tVassallo remarked: &quot;This is a very exciting deal for Shine International and our largest overall to date in Latin America.
