To support the rapid growth in this region, Viki is launching a dedicated Spanish-language site at viki.mx. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Additionally, the company has a new telenovela genre, which will feature shows from Caracol and Venevision International. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">As part of its global expansion efforts, Viki has extended its distribution deal with Netflix to include a selection of Asian TV&nbsp;shows and movies for the Latin American region with subtitles in Spanish and Portuguese. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">There are plans to launch other localized versions of its site worldwide in the coming months. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&ldquo;Our goal has always been to bring global TV to global audiences,&rdquo; said Tammy H. Nam, Viki&rsquo;s CMO and general manager for the Americas. &ldquo;More than 90 percent of our Latin American viewers come to Viki to watch top international TV shows and movies, which they can&rsquo;t easily access elsewhere.
