His responsibilities will include managing the planning and development of strategies and initiatives meant to raise DLA&#8217;s revenue. He will also be expected to create&nbsp;budgets, sales forecasts and price policies, and oversee the company&#8217;s relationships with business partners in advertising, affiliate sales and distribution, among other duties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Palacios previously served as the VP and managing director of a PRISA company. Before that he was the regional business development director at Terra Networks USA-Latin America.
