MIAMI: The base for the new U.S. Hispanic joint-venture news and lifestyle network from ABC News and Univision News will be in Miami, Florida. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The new entity will be focused on informing, empowering and inspiring U.S. Hispanics in English audience. It promises to offer audiences “uncompromising coverage of current events with a unique perspective.”<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

“This is a continuation of Univision’s investment in Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida,” said Cesar Conde, the president of Univision Networks. “The Miami-based operation will be the largest of its kind with state-of-the-art production capabilities that will generate new jobs and attract television’s brightest talent to South Florida.”<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
