The opening reception for the International Emmy World Television Festival will be hosted by Salinas and Azteca. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;Ricardo Salinas is an outstanding entrepreneur, philanthropist, and media visionary,&quot; said Bruce L.
