Zodiak Kids to Produce Animated Series Lilybuds

LONDON: Zodiak Kids Studios has been commissioned by France Télévisions (FTV) to produce the new animated preschool show Lilybuds.

Lilybuds will follow the adventures of a playful community of tiny magical gardeners who work together to take care of the local animals. The 52×11-minute series has been developed for television by Eryk Casemiro, who will serve as executive producer. Zodiak Kids will manage the distribution and licensing rights for the property, which will have a strong digital presence.

Benoit Runel, the managing director of Zodiak Kids Studios in France, commented: “We’re excited to partner with FTV on Lilybuds to create a very special CGI series for young children, which will make a great addition to our already strong animation portfolio. New international deals will be announced in the near future.”
