Peppa Irvine was named digital communications manager, responsible for leading social media platforms and strategy. Laura Clarke has been hired as\u00a0licensing manager for <em>Bing<\/em>,\u00a0which is co-produced with Dublin\u2019s Brown Bag Films.<\/p>\n<p>Gauld has been working in the kids&#8217; digital media industry for more than 14 years. She previously served as digital publisher at Egmont. Irvine began her career at Tate Gallery before joining CultureLabel.com. She was later hired by BAFTA, where she led the digital communications team. Clarke gained experience with preschool licensing and brand building at BBC Worldwide, HIT Entertainment and most recently at Mattel.<\/p>\n<p>Additional new appointments at the company see Georgia Somerset and Amy Williams\u00a0become\u00a0licensing assistant and marketing assistant, respectively, while Ashley O&#8217;Kane has been elevated to director of sales and marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Mikael Shields, the CEO of Acamar Films, commented: \u201cAs <em>Bing<\/em> continues to thrive and launch in new territories this year, we are building a team to help grow the property across all media both in the U.K. and globally.
