PARIS: WeKids has acquired the exclusive distribution rights in Greater China to more than 130 half-hours of a trio of hit animated series from Cyber Group Studios.<\/p>\n
The deal\u00a0includes Zou<\/em>, Zorro The Chronicles<\/em> and Mini Ninjas<\/em>. Under the agreement, WeKids will distribute those three shows across television broadcasters and VOD platforms throughout mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.<\/p>\n Pierre Sissmann, the chairman and CEO of Cyber Group Studios, commented: \u201cWe are very pleased to have entered in an agreement that will see our properties distributed in mainland China by such a renowned partner as WeKids.\u201d<\/p>\n Sean Chu, founder and CEO of WeKids, added: \u201cWe are so happy to have the opportunity to bring big properties like Zorro The Chronicles<\/em>, Mini Ninjas\u00a0<\/em>and Zou<\/em> into China.
