BEVERLY HILLS: Netflix is adding three new original children’s series to its global lineup: The Greenhouse<\/em>, Stretch Armstrong<\/em> and Lalaloopsy<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Due to debut in 2017, The Greenhouse<\/em> is a live-action drama series that takes place in an elite Southern California boarding school, where students are divided into two rival houses that must work together to conquer evil. The show is being adapted by Paula Yoo with showrunner Giora Chamizer, who wrote and created the original series. It is being produced by Nutz Productions, a subsidiary of Ananey Communications.<\/p>\n

Also premiering next year is Stretch Armstrong<\/em>, an animated action comedy from Hasbro Studios. The story follows a busy teenager and his two best friends, who transform into a team of unlikely superheroes after they are accidentally exposed to an experimental chemical. The 26-episode series will become available to Netflix members in late 2017.<\/p>\n

Lalaloopsy<\/em> is an animated series featuring all-new original music. The show follows the misadventures of six friends and their pets in a whimsical world. The 13-parter is slated for release in the fall.<\/p>\n
