Golden Bear has also picked up the U.K. and Eire toy rights for the new In the Night Garden Baby licensing program, and is planning to develop merchandise for a standalone nursery toy range that is slated to hit retail in spring\/summer 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Roe, the commercial director for DHX Brands, said: \u201cIn the Night Garden\u00a0is perennially popular among young viewers, and Golden Bear has done an excellent job in managing and growing the brand. They have developed a superb toy line which has achieved strong sales. Extending our relationship with Golden Bear will allow us to build on this success and further expand the popular toy range. We anticipate further growth for this much loved brand as\u00a0In the Night Garden\u00a0approaches its ten year anniversary in 2017.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Barry Hughes, Golden Bear\u2019s commercial director, added: \u201cGolden Bear is delighted to be extending our contract on\u00a0In the Night Garden.
