The kids must use their brains to outsmart the dim-witted creatures.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to present the second season of <em>Nerds and Monsters<\/em>,\u201d said Greg Sullivan, co-creator and partner at Slap Happy Cartoons. \u201cBoth the nerds and monsters end up in crazy and ridiculous situations this season, and we can\u2019t wait for kids to tune into the madness.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis season of <em>Nerds and Monsters <\/em>is full of weird and wonderful surprises,\u201d said Jamie Piekarz, the director of content at Corus Kids. \u201cSo keep your eyes open, starting with Saturday\u2019s premiere on YTV\u2019s The Zone Weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Nerds and Monsters<\/em> is produced with the financial participation of the Shaw Rocket Fund.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VANCOUVER: Corus Entertainment\u2019s YTV has slated the season two premiere\u00a0of the animated series Nerds and Monsters, distributed by 9 Story Media Group, for this weekend.
