Disney Branded Television has named Netflix alum Atiya Henry as executive VP of production.<\/p>\n

Henry will oversee all aspects of production for Disney Branded Television\u2019s portfolio of programming for Disney+, Disney Jr. and Disney Channel, including titles such as Descendants<\/em>, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse<\/em> and Phineas and Ferb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Henry joins Disney after spending the past seven years in physical production for Netflix\u2019s drama division, where she oversaw production on titles such as Firefly Lane<\/em>, Sweet Magnolias<\/em>, Ransom Canyon<\/em>, Raising Dion<\/em> and the upcoming reimagining of Little House on the Prairie<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Prior to working at Netflix, Henry held production leadership roles at Annapurna Pictures and BET Networks\/Viacom.<\/p>\n
