Acorn\u2019s Adventure<\/em>, a film from Filip Ma\u0161ek and produced by the Czech Republic\u2019s Pure Shore in co-production with Germany\u2019s Fabian&Fred, has won the Eurimages Co-Production Development Award at Cartoon Movie.<\/p>\n

The film centers on a boy made of acorns who finds himself in a village created and ruled by children\u2019s imaginations. The boy sets off an a mission to discover his purpose and learn what it means to be a true hero.<\/p>\n

As the winner of the Eurimages Co-Production Development Award, Ma\u0161ek and the film win a cash prize of \u20ac20,000.<\/p>\n

Cartoon Movie is one of the nine events that present Eurimages Co-Production Development Awards. They are also presented at Berlinale, Cinekid, TorinoFilmLab and more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
