Among the projects the two companies will focus on are <em>The Immortals &amp; The Shadow Realm<\/em> and <em>Ghost Town<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cookbook will work with Mainframe to package and pitch the studio\u2019s development slate to secure greenlights through commissioning, co-productions, presales and other financing structures while maximizing Mainframe\u2019s existing content library by unlocking new revenue streams.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we continue to invest in building and owning original IP while delivering world-class work-for-hire productions, having an integrated commercial strategy is critical, and this collaboration with Cookbook marks an incredibly important evolution in the growth of Mainframe Studios,\u201d said Michael Hefferon, president and CCO of Mainframe. \u201cCookbook brings a proven track record in franchise-building, licensing and global distribution strategy.
