Day three of the TV Kids Festival is underway here<\/a>, with panels on independent companies and licensing and merchandising trends, data-led sessions with Dubit and Ampere Analysis and a creative keynote with Jeff \u201cSwampy\u201d Marsh and Martellus Bennett.<\/p>\n

The indies panel features Kedoo Entertainment\u2019s Olivier Bernard, Tulipop Studios\u2019 Helga \u00c1rnad\u00f3ttir, A Productions\u2019 Katherine McQueen and Wind Sun Sky Entertainment\u2019s Catherine Winder. The L&M panel includes 9 Story Media Group\/Scholastic Entertainment\u2019s Kristin Lecour, Boat Rocker Studios\u2019 Mellany Welsh and Spin Master Entertainment\u2019s Maryellen Zarakas.
