Hidden Pigeon Company (HPC) and Phoenix International Publications (PIP) are partnering for five novelty book formats that will begin rolling out in the fall of 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have long admired Mo Willems and the curious, fun-loving characters he has created,\u201d said John Russell, chief licensing officer at PIP. \u201cThese beloved characters have often been an entry point for readers to associate reading with play, which we hope to continue and expand on with our interactive books.\u201d<\/p>\n
The new books will include the first sound-button books featuring author and illustrator Mo Willems\u2019 iconic characters, The Pigeon and Elephant & Piggie.<\/p>\n
The first title from PIP will be a Christmas-themed Little Music Note Songbook<\/em> featuring The Pigeon.
