{"id":30727,"date":"2025-10-21T09:00:22","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T13:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/worldscreen.com\/"},"modified":"2025-10-21T09:01:03","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T13:01:03","slug":"mattel-renews-disney-princess-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/mattel-renews-disney-princess-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Mattel Renews Disney Princess Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mattel has inked a new multiyear global licensing agreement with Disney Consumer Products for the Disney Princess and Disney Frozen brands.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDisney Princess and Disney Frozen capture hearts around the world, and we\u2019re thrilled to extend our relationship,\u201d said Nick Karamanos, senior VP of entertainment partnerships at Mattel. \u201cWe look forward to continuing to bring Mattel\u2019s industry-leading expertise in dolls to these timeless stories and characters through new and imaginative collections.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Through the agreement, Mattel will continue to develop Disney Princess dolls based on <em>Aladdin<\/em>, <em>Beauty and the Beast<\/em>, <em>Brave<\/em>, <em>Cinderella<\/em>, <em>The Little Mermaid<\/em>, <em>Moana<\/em>, <em>Mulan<\/em>, <em>Pocahontas,<\/em> <em>The Princess and the Frog<\/em>, <em>Sleeping Beauty<\/em>,<em> Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs<\/em>, <em>Tangled<\/em> and <em>Raya and the Last Dragon<\/em>, along with the Disney Princess live-action theatrical films. The agreement also includes <em>Frozen<\/em> and the upcoming <em>Frozen 3<\/em> film.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Gitter, executive VP of global brand commercialization at Disney Consumer Products, commented, \u201cDisney and Mattel share a rich legacy of bringing imagination and play to life.
