CAKE has signed a deal with Wonderstorm to distribute seven seasons of the fantasy adventure series The Dragon Prince<\/em>, created by Aaron Ehasz (Avatar: The Last Airbender<\/em>) and Justin Richmond (Uncharted<\/em>).<\/p>\n \u201cThe Dragon Prince<\/em> is a groundbreaking series that has captured audiences around the world with its epic storytelling and emotional depth,\u201d commented Dominic Gardiner, managing director of distribution at CAKE. \u201cWe are thrilled to be working with Wonderstorm to bring all seven seasons to global buyers and to expand the franchise\u2019s reach across every platform. With its universal themes of family, friendship and courage, The Dragon Prince<\/em> is exactly the kind of bold, premium content CAKE is proud to champion.\u201d<\/p>\n The series follows the journey of two human princes and an elven assassin, who uncover a long-long secret: the egg of the Dragon Prince, thought to have been destroyed. The discovery holds the power to end a bitter war between humans and elves, but the trio must first embark on a perilous quest.<\/p>\n The final chapter of the saga, The Dragon King<\/em>, was announced in July through a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, which reached its goal in under five hours.<\/p>\n The animation for The Dragon Prince<\/em> is by Bardel Entertainment (Rick and Morty<\/em>, Teen Titans Go!<\/em>, Dinotrux<\/em>, Diary of a Wimpy Kid<\/em>).
