Cloudco Entertainment, owner of Care Bears, has made two new appointments to support its growth plans, including naming NBC and Disney\/ABC alum Claudio Ludovisi as chief growth officer (CGO).<\/p>\n

Bringing him in-house as CGO means we\u2019re doubling down on innovation, collaboration and building a company that\u2019s as culturally relevant as it is commercially strong.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ludovisi has over 25 years of experience in entertainment, licensing and consumer products companies, including with NBC, Warner Bros. and Disney\/ABC. Since May, he has served as chief growth advisor at Cloudco, working across its business to analyze and implement initiatives to keep the company growing.<\/p>\n
In his new full-time position, Ludovisi will build on the momentum by bringing an even sharper focus on brand strategy, marketing and fan engagement. He will report to Gorman.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Cloudco has promoted Bethan Garton to retail development director for international. Since joining as senior retail manager for EMEA, Garton has driven double-digit business growth by reimagining what the brand\u2019s retail presence looks like across diverse markets.<\/p>\n
In her new role, Garton will lead the strategic development of Cloud\u2019s retail presence across international markets, focusing on enhancing in-store experiences, advancing omnichannel innovation and shaping tailored growth strategies with key accounts and DTR partners worldwide. Cloudco is also expanding Garton\u2019s team with the addition of a retail development coordinator and further hires.<\/p>\n
