{"id":29582,"date":"2025-05-06T08:44:30","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T12:44:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/paul-mccartneys-high-in-the-clouds-sets-voice-cast\/"},"modified":"2025-05-06T08:44:36","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T12:44:36","slug":"paul-mccartneys-high-in-the-clouds-sets-voice-cast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/paul-mccartneys-high-in-the-clouds-sets-voice-cast\/","title":{"rendered":"Paul McCartney\u2019s High in the Clouds Sets Voice Cast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gaumont has set the voice cast for the upcoming film <em>Paul McCartney\u2019s High in the Clouds<\/em>, including Himesh Patel (<em>Yesterday<\/em>), C\u00e9line Dion, Hannah Waddingham (<em>Ted Lasso<\/em>), Idris Elba (<em>Luther<\/em>) and many more.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside Patel, Dion, Waddingham and Elba, stars include Lionel Richie, Jimmy Fallon (<em>The Tonight Show<\/em>), Cl\u00e9mence Po\u00e9sy (<em>Harry Potter<\/em>), Pom Klementieff (<em>Mission: Impossible\u2013The Final Reckoning<\/em>), Alain Chabat (<em>Night at the Museum<\/em>) and Ringo Starr, as well as McCartney himself.<\/p>\n<p>The film is inspired by the children\u2019s adventure book of the same name by McCartney, Geoff Dunbar and Philip Ardagh. The adaptation is being directed by Toby Genkel (<em>The Amazing Maurice<\/em>) and written by Jon Crocker (<em>Paddington 2<\/em>).
