Future Today has signed a deal with Mill Creek Entertainment to bring the Ultraman<\/em> franchise to its streaming platforms.<\/p>\n

The deal covers 19 Ultraman<\/em> movies and eight specials, which will be available for free on HappyKids, as well as via Ultraman TV on the Roku Channel store and Amazon App store. The franchise centers on a legendary giant from a faraway galaxy who comes to Earth to protect it from giant monsters called Kaiju.<\/p>\n

Ultraman is aided by Japan\u2019s Defense Teams, whose main purpose is to defend Earth from monsters and aliens.<\/p>\n

The franchise initially launched in Japan in 1966. Since then, it has spawned a record number of TV series, films, video games and more. The films and series are under exclusive North American license to Mill Creek Entertainment from Tsuburaya Fields Media & Pictures Entertainment.<\/p>\n
