Licensing Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jazwares has secured a multiyear global licensing agreement to release a slate of toys, costumes and accessories based on the children\u2019s franchise <em>Yo Gabba Gabba!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jazwares will hold global master rights to produce figures, toy vehicles, dolls, plush, playsets, musical instruments and Squishmallows inspired by the world of <em>Yo Gabba Gabba!<\/em>, including the classic series and the latest iteration, <em>Yo Gabba GabbaLand!<\/em>, now streaming on Apple TV+.<\/p>\n<p>The deal also features a line of pet toys and accessories, in addition to the North American costume rights for all ages, including seasonal, dress-up, pet costumes and costume accessories.<\/p>\n<p>Jazwares\u2019 <em>Yo Gabba Gabba!<\/em> product line is expected to debut at retail in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed with franchise owner Gabbacadabra, co-owned by Yo Gabba Gabba and WildBrain, and facilitated by creative business development firm Golden Sombrero Licensing, which spearheads licensing partnerships for the <em>Gabba<\/em> brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Yo Gabba Gabba!<\/em> lives an iconic legacy that has inspired millions of kids around the world, and we\u2019re honored to be part of the franchise\u2019s next chapter,\u201d said Sam Ferguson, senior VP of global licensing at Jazwares. \u201c<em>Yo Gabba GabbaLand!<\/em> reaches a completely new generation of fans with a fresh, vibrant world of fun, music and dancing, reuniting audiences with <em>Yo Gabba Gabba!<\/em> friends old and new.
