It will then launch in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the U.K. and Ireland in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The series, co-produced by SEGA and WildBrain, sees Sonic the Hedgehog go on more adventures when a run-in with Dr. Eggman results in a universe-shattering event. To piece his prime reality back together and save his old friends, Sonic races through the Shatterverse, discovering strange worlds and enlisting new friends to help.<\/p>\n<p>SEGA represents licensing for the series in North America, Latin America and Japan, while WildBrain CPLG handles the brand in the rest of the world.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSEGA\u2019s Sonic the Hedgehog is one of today\u2019s most popular entertainment brands,\u201d said Katie Wilson, VP of global sales and acquisitions at WildBrain. \u201c<em>Sonic Prime<\/em> is a huge hit with fans and a terrific example of how, at WildBrain, we are able to partner with IP owners to drive engagement for brands.
