{"id":28756,"date":"2024-12-03T09:00:46","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T14:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/worldscreen.com\/"},"modified":"2024-12-03T10:01:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T15:01:54","slug":"bbc-childrens-and-education-picks-up-miraculous-corp-titles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/bbc-childrens-and-education-picks-up-miraculous-corp-titles\/","title":{"rendered":"BBC Licenses Miraculous Series &#038; Specials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The broadcasting rights to seasons one through six of <em>Miraculous\u2014Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir<\/em> and five <em>Miraculous World<\/em> TV event specials have been licensed to BBC Children\u2019s and Education.<\/p>\n<p>Season five of the series, which follows the lives of two Parisian teenagers who transform into the superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir, is set to debut on CBBC this week for young viewers in the U.K. The five TV specials expand the adventures of Ladybug and Cat Noir beyond Paris, taking them to new locations and introducing fresh characters.<\/p>\n<p>The specials include <em>Miraculous World: New York\u2013United HeroeZ<\/em>, <em>Miraculous World: Shanghai\u2013The Legend of LadyDragon<\/em>, <em>Miraculous World: Paris\u2013Tales of Shadybug and Claw Noir<\/em> and <em>Miraculous World: London\u2013At The Edge of Time<\/em>. The fifth special is currently untitled and details will come at a later date.<\/p>\n<p><em>Miraculous\u2014Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir<\/em> was created by Thomas Astruc, Nathana\u00ebl Bronn and Jeremy Zag.
