{"id":28319,"date":"2024-09-25T09:48:20","date_gmt":"2024-09-25T13:48:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/thunderbird-distribution-secures-new-sales\/"},"modified":"2024-09-25T09:48:22","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T13:48:22","slug":"thunderbird-distribution-secures-new-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/thunderbird-distribution-secures-new-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Thunderbird Distribution Secures New Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thunderbird Distribution has secured multiple sales deals for two series, including the mixed-media, dialogue-free show <em>BooSnoo!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>BooSnoo!<\/em> has sold into a slew of new territories through deals with Peacock, Tubi and HappyKids in the U.S.; DR in Denmark; EBS in South Korea; NRK in Norway; PCCW\/NOW in Hong Kong; SVT in Sweden; and TVOkids and T\u00e9l\u00e9-Qu\u00e9bec in Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Peacock, Tubi, HappyKids, DR, PCCW\/NOW and SVT picked up the first season of the series. EBS, NRK, TVOkids and T\u00e9l\u00e9-Qu\u00e9bec acquired the first and second seasons.<\/p>\n<p><em>BooSnoo!<\/em> encourages kids ages 2 and up to sit back, relax and follow a little red ball on a calming adventure while exploring themes such as wheels, rainbows and music. It was commissioned by Sky Kids in the U.K. and Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>Thunderbird also inked new deals for <em>Mittens &amp; Pants<\/em>. Tubi and the public library-affiliated streamer Kanopy picked up the series for the U.S. Other deals were signed with beIN in MENA, NRK in Norway and Alibaba\u2019s Youku in China. BeIN picked up the first season, while NRK and Youku took both. Also, Beijing 24 Bridges will be selling both seasons of the series in China.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mittens &amp; Pants<\/em> follows the adventures of best friends Mittens the kitten and Pants the puppy, who lived in the all-animal town of Kibble Corners.
