Acamar Films has partnered with the NSPCC, a charity fighting to end child abuse in the U.K. and Channel Islands, for Childhood Day for the third consecutive year.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s Childhood Day, the NSPCC\u2019s flagship fundraising event, will see Acamar Films\u2019 Bing<\/em> take part in the Childhood Day Mile, which encourages nurseries, children and families to move a mile in any way they like. Also, nurseries and early-years practitioners that sign up to participate in Childhood Day will receive Bing<\/em> resources and activity sheets, as well as printed classroom posters and sticker packs.<\/p>\n Registered nurseries can also enter into a competition to win a visit from Bing and Flop on Childhood Day. Bing and Flop will join in with the children\u2019s activities and help them move their mile.<\/p>\n The NSPCC\u2019s Childhood Day campaign will target 10,000 nurseries and early-years practitioners around the U.K., including through email marketing, radio, paid influencer marketing and regional press.<\/p>\n This year, Childhood Day is taking place on June 7.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are thrilled to be partnering again with Bing<\/em> for Childhood Day,\u201d said Katie Fudge, schools fundraising development manager at the NSPCC. \u201cBing<\/em>\u2019s dedication to early childhood development makes it the perfect partner for Childhood Day.\u201d<\/p>\n Katie Rollings, chief licensing officer at Acamar Films, said, \u201cBing<\/em> tells the small stories that make up those first experiences and shape our children\u2019s understanding of the world and their potential within it.
