{"id":26143,"date":"2023-10-24T09:53:58","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:53:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/bbc-studios-launches-bluey-toys-south-korea\/"},"modified":"2023-10-24T11:38:10","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T15:38:10","slug":"bbc-studios-launches-bluey-toys-in-south-korea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/bbc-studios-launches-bluey-toys-in-south-korea\/","title":{"rendered":"BBC Studios Launches Bluey Toys in South Korea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BBC Studios has launched the first official character toys for <em>Bluey<\/em> in South Korea in partnership with Sonokong.<\/p>\n<p>The toys include various figures of Bluey and her family and friends, the Heeler 4WD Family Car, a plush toy of Bluey and a family home playset modeled after the Heeler House.<\/p>\n<p>BBC Studios plans to strengthen <em>Bluey<\/em>\u2019s presence in South Korea with more play and educational content, including <em>Bluey<\/em> preschool books and toy packages, as well as <em>Bluey: The Videogame<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The preschool series premiered in South Korea in 2020 and is now regularly broadcast on EBS and Disney+.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re really excited to be launching these fantastic toys to bring <em>Bluey<\/em> to life for the first time for South Korean audiences,\u201d said Sophia Spinelli, VP of brands and marketing at BBC Studios. \u201cThe <em>Bluey<\/em> broadcast series is already being enjoyed in South Korean homes, and we plan to introduce a range of content and products for learning through play in the future.
