BBC Studios Kids & Family and CBeebies have commissioned a fifth season of the hit series Hey Duggee<\/em> and a brand-new spin-off, Hey Duggee\u2019s Squirrel Club<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Hey Duggee<\/em> season five will feature 20 additional 7-minute episodes with all-new badges and even more adventures, imagination, gentle humor and learning through doing with Duggee, the squirrels and their friends. Comedian and presenter Alexander Armstrong returns to narrate.<\/p>\n

The 26×7-minute series Hey Duggee\u2019s Squirrel Club<\/em> brings the beloved characters from Hey Duggee to the screen in a new format where viewers at home can also be a part of the Squirrel Club.<\/p>\n

Both series are created by Grant Orchard, senior director at Studio AKA.<\/p>\n

Cecilia Persson, managing director of BBC Studios Kids & Family, said: \u201cWe are so pleased to be working with the incredibly talented Studio AKA to deliver another brilliant series of Hey Duggee<\/em>. We know the new Hey Duggee\u2019s Squirrel Club<\/em> will be a winner with fans. It taps into the have-a-go spirit of Hey Duggee<\/em> very nicely, and it gives the viewers at home the chance to be a part of the Squirrel Club.\u201d<\/p>\n
