Redfern is based at the company\u2019s headquarters in Vancouver, with day-to-day oversight of the kids\u2019 content team.<\/p>\n<p>Her purview extends to overseeing the<em> Future Chicken!<\/em> YouTube channel, Roblox games, educational collaborations with nonprofit partner The Ontario Water Centre and more, all with the goal of fostering a vibrant children&#8217;s community that bridges their virtual and real worlds. Redfern will report directly to CEO and executive producer Catherine Winder.<\/p>\n<p>With a career spanning two decades, Redfern has spent time at the <em>Peppa Pig<\/em> franchise, Disney and 24 Watts, among other companies. She spent several years in public-service broadcasting at the BBC, where she played a pivotal role in the creative execution for the CBeebies Land theme park and hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Winder commented: \u201cRedfern\u2019s extensive experience in the children\u2019s media and digital cross-platform landscape is an exciting addition to our team as we continue to innovate at the intersection of technology and storytelling.
