Mercury Filmworks\u2019 Heath Kenny and Chantal Ling will take part in a joint session on the creativity at the heart of the studio during the TV Kids Summer Festival, which you can register for here<\/a>\u00a0free of charge.<\/p>\n Kenny is chief content officer, charged with spearheading the company\u2019s move into original programming. As VP of original series and co-productions, Ling specializes in proprietary content and co-productions. Together, the executives will discuss the studio\u2019s strengths as a service provider and the drive to more original content.<\/p>\n Taking place June 6 to 9, the TV Kids Summer Festival will feature keynotes and panels with leading executives and creatives discussing the major trends in the children\u2019s programming business. It will be streamed live and available on-demand on TVKidsSummerFestival.com. Unlike other events requiring hefty registration fees, attendance to the TV Kids Summer Festival is free.
