The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) has unveiled the nominations for the first annual Children\u2019s & Family Emmy Awards, which will be presented on December 10 and 11.<\/p>\n
Children\u2019s and family content represents the fastest growing genre for NATAS, with a 23 percent increase in the last two years. Among the nominees for the inaugural ceremony, Disney+\u2019s The Mysterious Benedict Society<\/em> and Sneakerella<\/em> lead the pack with 11 nods each.<\/p>\n \u201cPutting a spotlight on children\u2019s and family programming after years of unparalleled growth in content quality and quantity in this space is an exciting moment for the television industry,\u201d said Adam Sharp,
