The Youth Media Alliance revealed the winners of the 2022 Awards of Excellence during a gala that took place in Salle Jean-Despr\u00e9z at Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n
The Award of Excellence for Best Television or Web Series under the Acquisition of Knowledge and Critical Thinking Skills category went to La Minute MAJ<\/em> for short form and to Question d’actualit\u00e9<\/em> for long form. Both titles were produced by MAJ, l’actualit\u00e9 pour les jeunes and aired by Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n Les mimistoires<\/em> (Le donjon des fant\u00f4mes), produced by Maki M\u00e9dia and aired by TV5\/Unis.tv and TFO, won for Stimulation of Imagination and Creativity. The short L’effet secondaire<\/em> (Qui est Noah?), produced by Zone3 Inc. and aired by Radio-Canada, won for Commitment, Openness and Respect; while Six degr\u00e9s<\/em> (S\u00e9curiser le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre), produced by Encore T\u00e9l\u00e9vision and aired by Radio-Canada and ICI Tou.TV, won the category as a long-form series.<\/p>\n The Advancement of Personal Growth and Self-Transcendence Award went to Jenny\u2014Mon avenir<\/em> (Mon cercle), produced by Productions Avenida and aired by TV5\/UnisTv, while 14 mille millions de choses \u00e0 savoir<\/em> (Episode 36), produced by Productions KOTV Inc. and aired by ICI Tou.tv and Radio-Canada, topped the Emancipation through Games and Humour category.<\/p>\n The Emerging Talent Award went to Francis Papillon, who has directed 120 episodes of Explique-moi \u00e7a<\/em> and 26 episodes of La liste des choses qui existent<\/em>.<\/p>\n The Award of Excellence for Best Interactive Content under the Acquisition of Knowledge and Critical Thinking Skills category went to Trousses de litt\u00e9rature<\/em>, a website\/interactive experience produced by T\u00e9l\u00e9-Qu\u00e9bec. Under the Stimulation of Imagination and Creativity\/Commitment, Openness and Respect category, Le blogue de Jenny<\/em>, a website\/interactive experience produced by Productions Avenida and Tobo, was the winner.<\/p>\n Parole d’ados<\/em> (Liens d’entraide), produced by Radio-Canada, won the Award of Excellence for Best Podcast.<\/p>\n The Coup de c\u0153ur des tout-petits (ages 2 to 5) went to Les mimistoires<\/em>. Math Makers<\/em> won the Coup de c\u0153ur jeunesse (ages 6 to 12) and Six degr\u00e9s<\/em> the Coup de c\u0153ur des ados (13-plus).<\/p>\n The Award of Excellence for Youth Personality went to Pascal Boyer for Flippons<\/em>. Michel Ledoux, a puppeteer, won the Outstanding Achievement Award.
