NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony and producing partner Asani Swann, co-founders of Creative 7, are serving as executive producers of the new animated series Lil\u2019 Heroes<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The series is based on the Lil\u2019 Heroes<\/em> NFT collection from Exile Content Studio and Spanish artist Edgar Plans. In addition to executive producing, Anthony will voice one of the characters and will receive an NFT designed especially for him by Plans.<\/p>\n

Since the collection\u2019s launch, 7,777 NFTs have been released, and there are over 4,100 unique owners and a Discord community of more than 100,000. Celebrities including J Balvin, DJ Khaled, La Liga and will.i.am. have endorsed the Lil\u2019 Heroes<\/em> collection and have received their own honorary NFTs.<\/p>\n

The NFT collection has been so successful that Exile and Plans are expanding the franchise with a new companion collection, Lil\u2019 Monsters & Villains<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are overjoyed that Carmelo Anthony, a real superhero in today\u2019s sports world, as well as Asani Swann and Creative 7, are coming aboard as our partners to executive produce the anticipated Lil\u2019 Heroes<\/em> TV series based on the successful NFT collection we launched earlier this year,\u201d said Daniel Eilemberg, co-founder of Lil\u2019 Heroes<\/em> and president of content at Exile. \u201cWith Melo to voice one of the characters, it is sure to delight and attract fans everywhere to the series and hopefully to the Lil\u2019 Heroes<\/em> franchise.\u201d<\/p>\n
