Jules Borkent, managing director and executive VP for international kids and family brands at Paramount Global, will be honored with the TV Kids Pioneer Award at the TV Kids Summer Festival, taking place from June 7 to 10.<\/p>\n

Borkent joined Nickelodeon more than two decades ago and today is in charge of all aspects of content and business operations internationally, overseeing brand and content management and strategy, acquisitions, production development, creative and multiplatform.<\/p>\n

The TV Kids Summer Festival will feature keynotes and panels with leading executives and creatives discussing the major trends in the children\u2019s programming business. It will be streamed live and available on-demand on TVKidsSummerFestival.com. Unlike other events requiring hefty registration fees, attendance to the TV Kids Summer Festival is free. The inaugural festival attracted more than 1,700 participants.<\/p>\n
