Jean-Andr\u00e9 Yerles (<em>Two is a Family<\/em>, <em>The Gilded Cage<\/em>) and Jonathan Barr\u00e9 (<em>Max &amp; Leon<\/em>, <em>The Wannabes<\/em>) are writing the adaptation alongside Didier and Muller.<\/p>\n<p>The script is currently underway and shooting is scheduled to begin in 2023. Barr\u00e9 is set to direct.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Parthenay and Philippe Leconte, producers at Pyramide Productions, said, \u201cOur children were the ones who made us discover the adventures of Anatole Latuile and his\u00a0friends. We are very honored by the trust that Bayard Publishing as well as Anne Didier and\u00a0Olivier Muller, the creators of the comic book series drawn by Cl\u00e9ment Devaux, have shown by\u00a0allowing us to develop the live-action adaptation of their work. And we are elated that\u00a0Superprod, whose dynamism and creativity we appreciate, has enthusiastically accepted to\u00a0accompany us on this venture!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cl\u00e9ment Calvet and J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Fajner, founders and producers of Superprod, added, \u201cWhen our\u00a0friends from Pyramide Productions asked us to collaborate on a film about Anatole Latuile, we\u00a0immediately jumped at the chance! He is a very endearing character and the idol of a whole\u00a0generation.
