Highlights of the February 3 agenda of the TV Kids Festival include the presentation of the TV Kids Pioneer Award to M6 Group\u2019s Philippe Bony, behind-the-scenes looks at Cyber Group Studios\u2019 The McFire Family <\/em>and Disney Junior\u2019s Alice\u2019s Wonderland Bakery<\/em>, a keynote from eOne\u2019s Olivier Dumont and a panel discussion about Thunderbird Entertainment\u2019s Atomic Cartoons. The day\u2019s festivities open at 9 a.m. EST<\/a> with a panel and premiere for The McFire Family<\/em>. Pierre Sissmann, chairman and CEO of Cyber Group Studios, and Coralie Boitrelle-Laigle, head of content for M6 Group\u2019s kids\u2019 channels in France, give a behind-the-scenes look at the animated series ahead of the premiere of the show.<\/p>\n

At 10:30 a.m. EST<\/a>, TV Kids<\/em> is honoring Bony, general manager of thematic TV channels at M6 Group and president of Gulli, for his achievements in the kids\u2019 business with this year\u2019s Pioneer Award.<\/p>\n

The 12 p.m. EST<\/a> keynote will be delivered by Dumont, president of eOne Family Brands who leads the creation and production of an array of leading kids\u2019 properties, including the megahit Peppa Pig<\/em>.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a creative keynote at 1:30 p.m. EST<\/a> with Emmy-nominated writer and producer Chelsea Beyl, executive producer of Disney Junior\u2019s Alice\u2019s Wonderland Bakery<\/em>, which is inspired by the classic Alice in Wonderland<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A session entitled The Atomic Spirit wraps up day three at 3 p.m. EST<\/a>. As Thunderbird Entertainment\u2019s Atomic Cartoons division steps up its activities in Canada and across the globe, Jennifer Twiner McCarron, CEO; Matt Berkowitz, president and chief creative officer; and Richard Goldsmith, president of global distribution and consumer products, share details on the company\u2019s expansion strategies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
