Genius Brands International has appointed Zrinka Dekic as chief financial officer and head of strategy and mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
Dekic brings with her to the role nearly 20 years of entertainment industry and financial markets experience, including corporate strategy, investment banking, investment management and corporate finance at The Walt Disney Company and Goldman Sachs.<\/p>\n
At The Walt Disney Company, she held roles in corporate strategy, strategic planning and business development. At Goldman Sachs, Dekic served as a VP in the investment management division in New York on the U.S. fundamental equity portfolio management team. Most recently, she served as VP of Houlihan Lokey\u2019s Investment Banking Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group.<\/p>\n
