Atlantyca Entertainment has partnered with Future Today to stream\u00a0Geronimo Stilton<\/em> in the U.S. and U.K. and has also introduced its first live-action production,\u00a0Snow Black<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The first season of Geronimo Stilton<\/em> is now available on Future Today’s COPPA-compliant, KidSafe-certified HappyKids network. Based on the books by Elisabetta Dami, Geronimo Stilton<\/em> tells the story of the titular journalist mouse as he scours New Mouse City for scoops.<\/p>\n

This marks the second deal between the two companies, as Atlantyca’s Bat Pat<\/em> was made available on HappyKids earlier this year.<\/p>\n

We couldn\u2019t be happier to extend our partnership with Atlantyca Entertainment, and bring their extensive library of premium children\u2019s content to millions of HappyKids viewers.\u201d<\/p>\n

At MIPCOM, Atlantyca Entertainment introduced the new live-action series\u00a0Snow Black<\/em>, a co-production with Rai, in participation with Bedeschi Film.\u00a0It is the first live-action production for Atlantyca.<\/p>\n

Based on the book of the same name by Francesca Tassini and Mario Pasqualotto,\u00a0Snow Black<\/em> revolves around a 14-year-old web detective known as Snow Black who suddenly disappears during her last investigation. When she wakes up, she has no physical body and no memories of her past life.<\/p>\n

The series is set to be completed by February 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the last ten years, children\u2019s live-action programming has continued to demonstrate an immense popularity in our industry,\u201d said Caterina Vacchi, head of production department and executive producer at Atlantyca Entertainment.\u00a0 \u201cWe knew this was the time to expand our production slate and important to change the content style, as well. As young viewers are starting at an early age to be attracted to live-action content, we knew we needed to create our own productions and tell our own stories in the popular format.\u00a0 With access to an enormous amount of publishing material, we just had to wait for the right story that we could transform into a captivating and entertaining non-animated children\u2019s series. Mystery genres for children are not common productions for European companies, so this is a first for us, Atlantyca and Rai, which is very exciting. Snow Black<\/em> is going to be a wonderful addition and certain to compliment our current array of original programming.\u201d<\/p>\n
