For its 15th edition, the dozen nominated companies hail from Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Winners will be voted on by the 900 professionals attending Cartoon Forum, which will be held on site in Toulouse from September 20 to 23. Voting will be electronic, and winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, September 23, at the Pierre Baudis Convention Centre.<\/p>\n<p>In the Broadcaster of the Year category, the 2021 Cartoon Tributes nominees are Canal+ (France)\u2028, France 4 (France)\u2028, Ketnet-VRT (Belgium)\u2028 and RAI Ragazzi (Italy)\u2028.<\/p>\n<p>Investor\/Distributor of the Year nominees are Dandelooo (France)\u2028, Meta Media Entertainment (U.K.)\u2028, MIAM !
