Pink Parrot Media (PPM) has established a dedicated international television distribution division and appointed Bego\u00f1a Esteban to the newly formed role of head of international TV sales and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
Esteban will lead PPM\u2019s day-to-day operations and new initiatives in the acquisition, presales and sales for all of the company\u2019s kids\u2019 animated and live-action content for television, including digital platforms. She will be based in Madrid.<\/p>\n
Esteban will report directly to Tania Pinto Da Cunha, partner\/VP and head of international sales and acquisitions (film) at PPM. In her new role, she will begin initial sales for Butterfly Academy<\/em> and Joy Eternal<\/em> while attending Cartoon Forum and this year\u2019s MIPCOM and MIPJunior markets.<\/p>\n Prior to PPM, Esteban spent 14 years at IMIRA Entertainment, where she served as the audiovisual sales content manager and was directly responsible for the sales of the company\u2019s kids’ content for Latin America, Spanish-speaking U.S., Spain, Portugal and Eastern Europe territories.<\/p>\n Pinto Da Cunha said: \u201cBego\u00f1a comes with a wealth of experience maintaining a huge roster of key broadcast partnerships, which will be an asset to us as we move into the acquisition and distribution of kids’ content for television.
