The series is set to air on France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions and the Okoo platform this fall.<\/p>\n<p><em>First Day<\/em> is aimed at children 5 to 9. The show has also been licensed into the U.S., U.K., Japan, Canada, Brazil, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Taiwan, Israel, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa, with further deals to be finalized soon.<\/p>\n<p>Lionel Marty, managing director of APC Kids, said: \u201cThe impressive collection of awards and widespread acclaim <em>First Day<\/em> has gathered speaks for itself and we are delighted to be bringing such an important, wholesome and engaging story to French audiences and continuing our partnership with ACTF.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>First Day<\/em> has entertained and enlightened audiences around the world, and we are delighted that French children and their families will be able to enjoy the series on France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions, and for them to see Evie\u2019s wonderful performance as Hannah,\u201d said Bernadette O\u2019Mahony, head of content at ACTF.<\/p>\n<p>Claire Heinrich, head of children and youth acquisitions at France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions,\u00a0added: \u201cThis deeply moving story, beyond Hannah\u2019s struggle to be her authentic self, is a wonderful lesson in tolerance, and courage.
